Acceptable, but Some Issues

The shower pressure was a joke. It took forever to rinse shampoo. The room got too hot, and adjusting the temperature was difficult. The staff fixed it, but then it became too cold! The single beds were small, made sleeping uncomfortable. It seems the hotel needs to sort out its climate control and bed sizes.

the air conditioning barely worked. i reported it, but nothing really changed. the promised city view from my "superior double or twin room" was mostly of a brick wall. it was disappointing (to say the least).

I appreciated the hotel's very central location. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The staff were really helpful and always available. They offered excellent service . I also found the rooms quite clean and well-kept providing a comfortable environment.

The breakfast area could become very crowded during peak hours which sometimes caused delays.
