Solid choice near main attractions

attentive staff convenient location nice touch

The staff helped me a lot. Yasin, Fatima, and Deniz were very attentive. The location is very convenient. I could walk to major tourist sites easily. The front desk offered tea and coffee. It was a nice touch.

The iron was not readily available, i had to request it from reception and they took it back the same day.

The room was cleaned daily. The cleaning staff always asked if everything was okay. The design and comfort of the rooms seemed nice. The rooms were very clean.

The hotel stands in a great spot. It is within walking distance to main attractions. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Hagia Sophia. The area is quiet yet central.

The receptionists seemed professional and helpful. Kadir, Ahmed, Yasin, and Gûrkan were very good. Staff were always ready to assist. They constantly asked if i needed help.

cold water crowded area

The breakfast setup was not ideal. it was in another building, accessible by a separate elevator. the breakfast area was often overcrowded. the pool was also a disappointment. The water felt cold, and it wasn't very relaxing.

Acceptable, but Some Issues

small beds difficult temperature

The shower pressure was a joke. It took forever to rinse shampoo. The room got too hot, and adjusting the temperature was difficult. The staff fixed it, but then it became too cold! The single beds were small, made sleeping uncomfortable. It seems the hotel needs to sort out its climate control and bed sizes.

faulty air conditioning obstructed view

the air conditioning barely worked. i reported it, but nothing really changed. the promised city view from my "superior double or twin room" was mostly of a brick wall. it was disappointing (to say the least).

Nice Stay with Excellent Staff

I appreciated the hotel's very central location. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The staff were really helpful and always available. They offered excellent service . I also found the rooms quite clean and well-kept providing a comfortable environment.

The breakfast area could become very crowded during peak hours which sometimes caused delays.
